About This Role

Summary of the role
The Work Order team are the entry point into Change; they coordinate and deliver commercial Work Order (WO) / CRN’s responses to the client. To coordinate the delivery of small change and support work orders through to completion.
  
What you’ll be doing
  • Liaise with colleagues in IT and the business to coordinate the impact assessment of WO / CRN responses.
  • Draft commercial documentation e.g. WO / CRN responses, to specify scope, budget and timescales in order to contract with the client for the delivery of WO requests / CRNs.
  • Application of the appropriate disciplines e.g. planning, and scheduling to ensure delivery of small change WO to contractually agreed time, cost and quality.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders and key customers, managing expectations and minimising escalations.
  • Ensure contractually agreed KPI targets are met for timely return of WO responses.

  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office products, particularly Word & Excel
  • Awareness of project management disciplines.
  • “Customer service” focus with emphasis on support and delivery.
  • Experience of working with external stakeholders (e.g. client)
  • APMP / PRINCE or similar Project Management qualification desirable
