About This Role

Summary of the role

The Change and Adoption Lead will lead and manage business change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, or technologies across the organisation. Working within a fast-paced financial services environment, the Change and Adoption Lead plays a critical role in ensuring that change projects deliver their intended benefits with minimal disruption, through effective stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and readiness activities.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise adoption and minimise resistance, conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness assessments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels, and develop and deliver clear, tailored communication plans to support engagement and transparency
  • Identify training needs and support the creation and delivery of appropriate learning interventions, ensuing business readiness through workshops, user testing involvement, and transition planning
  • Oversee change delivery activities including go-live support, feedback loops, and issue resolution, monitoring and measuring adoption and benefits realisation post-implementation
  • Identify potential change risks and develop mitigation plans, working with project managers and business leads to resolve issues impacting successful change
  • Capture lessons learned and share best practices to improve future change initiatives and support the development and maturity of change capability across the organisation
What we’re looking for
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent
  • Project Management o0r Business Analysis experience or qualifications (eg PRINCE2, Agile, PMP)
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
