About This Role

Summary of the role

The Banking & Payment Utility is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records and transactions within our client’s organisation.

The primary goal of this function is to process payments, receipts and distributions as well as identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in financial records. This is important for maintaining the reliability of financial information, facilitating proper financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
This role is within the Cash Management Team for the wider Banking and Payments team and will involve administrative tasks along with data collection across the B&P function that will be presented in a consistent format, and regular maintenance of the data.

Please be aware that the role is available in any of the UK Diligenta sites.

What you’ll be doing
  • Perform any adhoc administrative tasks to a high standard, within agreed timescales
  • Ensure all tasks and activities performed adhere to the Consumer Duty regulations
  • Provide payment or receipt-related reports and information to customers/Client within agreed timescales 
What we're looking for
  • Advanced in MS Excel and Word
  • High levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing own time to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Experience within a payments processing role within another company
