About This Role

Summary of the role

Delivering excellent customer journeys is core to Diligenta’s ‘One Diligenta’ model strategy and is key to Building “Purpose and Pride”. Due to continued growth and evolution of our BaNCS platform, a Pan Account, Enterprise Business Readiness function is essential to support the business going forward as it continues to grow.

This function will become the focal point that safeguards those customer journeys as well as help embed consistent way of assessing performance for our; Customers, Clients, & Colleagues. This new function will support all Business Readiness requirements for all accounts across Diligenta’s clients old & new.

As a Business Analyst you will provide support to the Head of Business Readiness & project manager in the delivery of initiatives across Diligenta.

Please be aware that the role is available in the following locations: Edinburgh, Bristol, and Peterborough.

What you’ll be doing
  • Coordinate and provide Business Analyst support
  • Coordinate and lead refinement sessions
  • Coordinate with senior stakeholders to collect requirements, update on progress and present results
  • Create, document and help implement processes and flows across accounts
  • Work with teams to understand and document Story and feature requirements so that they can be added to the relevant back logs
  • Help to coordinate prioritisation sessions and sprint planning sessions with stakeholders
What we’re looking for
  • Proficient in use of MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confident communicating on 121 basis and with groups of stakeholders in workshops/meetings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail, good fact-finding skills and ability to make evaluative judgments based on both quantitative and qualitative information
  • Understands financial considerations and potential financial impacts of requirements and solutions options
  • Understanding of agile principles and frameworks
  • Experience of working in a technical environment, in either software, Tech & change or data
  • A systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Working with software development or delivery
  • Knowledge and understanding of Agile delivery and the associated artifacts of the processes
  • Working with Azure Devops, Jira or similar tools
