Summary of the role

Delivering excellent customer journeys is core to Diligenta’s ‘One Diligenta’ model strategy and is key to Building “Purpose and Pride”. Due to continued growth and evolution of our BaNCS platform, a Pan Account, Enterprise MI, Planning and Insights function is essential to support the business going forward as it continues to grow.

This function will become the focal point that safeguards those customer journeys as well as help embed consistent way of assessing performance for our; Customers, Clients, & Colleagues. This new function will support all MI, Planning & insight requirements for all accounts across Diligenta’s clients old & new.

The successful person will be responsible for the creation and embedding of the overall Diligenta standards that will be utilised across all accounts, this will require processes, good governance and client interaction at pan account level to embed; the go forward ‘One Diligenta’ model.

Please be aware that the role is available in the following locations: Edinburgh, Bristol and Peterborough.

What you’ll be doing

Produce timely MI reporting in line with any contractual or internal target date limitations
Ensure accuracy and consistency of all MI reporting
Produce and maintain MI reports in alignment with the company’s goals and present data in a variety of formats
Evaluate and present business requirements in context to MI reporting based on engagement with stakeholders
Develop and implement any change where required to enhance the MI reporting
Consult with stakeholders to implement any MI reporting changes or enhancements
Train and develop MI Analysts

What we’re looking for

Minimum A level or equivalent
Advanced / Expert in MS Office
Data interpretation
Understands Financial service industry (Life & Pensions)
Proven experience working in an analytical or statistical environment
Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field or equivalent qualifications is desirable
