Recruitment Coordinator

Hi,

My name is Claire Hilton and I am the Diligenta Internal Recruitment Coordinator working for Sanderson. My role is to provide dedicated support for all internal only vacancies to both hiring managers and internal candidates throughout the recruitment process. My aim is to make the internal application process simpler and clearer for Diligenta colleagues.

For internal candidates, I will be a point of contact to ensure the roles are advertised correctly on the Internal Careers website, will coordinate setting up and communicating the interview schedule with the hiring manager and ensure all necessary communication takes place.

Please note: the hiring manager will always be responsible for all selection decisions, giving candidate feedback, ensuring all interview documentation is correctly shared after the interview and actioning any internal changes on iTalent.

Once the external market is engaged in any way, I will hand the vacancy over to the usual Sanderson recruitment team to manage. Until then, I am happy to respond to any queries and support where I can
